Marketing Overhaul
I love turning from a customer into a client. In early 2021, I was served an ad for a product in the fitness category that caught my attention. The ad was not focused and the website was a Shopify out of the box build but the product had a lot of potential.
After receiving it and trying it, I knew they were on to something. So I reached out to them and offered to handle all of their marketing and although hesitant at first, I proved my value one improvement at a time.
If you’d like to hear more about this project, reach out and I’d love to share it. I’m working with a couple of brothers who are extremely smart and they work overnight to get orders fulfilled. While they’re exploring co-manufacturing options now I’m excited to see where we can go in the next year.
Below are some screenshots of some of the improvements we’ve made. But we rebuilt their website, launched remarketing ads in multiple platforms, built their email campaigns and have made deals with influencers to share revenue based on coupon code redemptions.
We were able to make such a big improvement to conversion rate through the following tactics:
Increase trust: if I put my credit card down, will I actually get it?
Demonstrate authority: these guys know a lot about fitness, let’s make sure people know that
Improved user experience: allowing the customer to purchase variations from the same product page
Add reviews: by installing a reviews app and highlighting some of the best
